40 Minute HIIT Workout with Weights No Repeat
Crush calories with this Full Body HIIT workout that combines weights and high-intensity moves to sculpt, sweat, and strengthen.
I used a set of 7kg/15.5 Lbs dumbbells but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level.
